Title says how I feel. ALL apts are noisy at times, but so far I have only heard footstep type noises, and no loud voices, music, passion, etc. I think the complaints about Waterford Sq on this webpage don't represent the majority of renters here. This area(Carmel Rd) and Ballantyne are the only areas I would consider in Charlotte.

I totally agree. I have lived in these apartments for 3 years now and I have never had noise issues. I've never felt unsafe. The management is fairly easy to work with as far as apt management companies go. I'm very happy at Waterford Square. My ONLY complaint right now is that they are taking FAR too long getting the front pool back open.

im happy that you are having a good experiance at waterford. it seemed that way for me as well until i was ready to move out or had a complaint. there is always a run around the bugs are gross in the apts and the walls are so thin you can hear people in the bathroom. just remember, when its time to move out, say goodbye to your deposit!

well a nasty apartment brings bugs and a dirty apartments does not get your deposit back.
