Just gave my 30 day notice today!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Managment is horrible and DO NOT expect maintenance to ever get around to fixing anything. I'm STILL waiting for various requests to be answered. they are nice apartments but i also have mold growing on all of my windows, in the bathroom, under the kitchen sink and on the walls. i was also told it isnt a big deal, all of the apt's have them, just clean them with bleach. i just gave my 30 days notice today, lets see how long it takes to get my deposit back...
