DON'T MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   The management sucks. They are great about taking your rent money though not so good in regards to mantaining the property. I have structural problems outside my apartment and nobody has ever come to look at it. Don't bother complaining since the office attendants will just write your concerns down and that is it. They probably throw out the peice of paper as soon as you leave. Don't hold your breath for them to do anything about it. The CLUB HOUSE's explosion happened about a year ago and the complex is in no hurry to rebuild it. I would like to know where the insurance money went to. Did it go to some big office party' If they invested the time to find a decent construction crew, the club house and pool would have been up and running a long time ago. What stands now is the ruins of the club house and it is an eye sore to look at and the complex just puts up a "PARDON OUR DUST" sign to appease us. The only good thing is the location and the rent price is not high. But honestly, I think someone can look around and find these qualities in a better complex with office help that actually cares about the residents.
