The previous writer is wrong about just about everything they posted.
First off, I have lived here for 3 years and they have NEVER not answered a report when I've called about something needing to be fixed. Most of the time they are there to fix it within the hour. So that's a bunch of crap that they don't respond to your maintenance calls.
Second, the clubhouse didn't "blow up" It caught on fire after a teen started a fire in a trash bin in the old mail room. It's at LEAST a million dollar club house and I'm sure it's taken quite a while for their claim to be processed, the teen to be charged and fined etc etc. The people in the office sure wouldn't see a dime of it if it HAD come already, so that whole statement about a party is just dumb.
Waterford Square has a friendly helpful staff. One woman in the office has been working there since I first moved in 3 years ago, which can be rare at an apartment complex. We talk every time i go to turn in my rent, and she is friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys aren't sketchy at all like in some places I have lived before. I never feel uncomfortable letting them in and they are always very friendly, quick, and helpful.
The ONLY complaint I have is that they didn't reopen the pool behind the burned down clubhouse. I understand its for safety reasons but it seems like something could have been done to make the pool area safe and open it back up for the residents at the front of the complex.
The area is safe. I am a single girl and never once in 3 years have I felt unsafe in this complex, even when coming home late at night with armfuls of groceries. The neighbors are quiet but friendly, and it's convienient to food and shopping, and all for a GREAT price.

DUH! There is a reason why Waterford has a 20% approval rating.
Is PookieBear the mysterious Property Manager? I have asked to speak to the Property Manager and they refuse to disclose his/her identity. Why can't a tenant speak to the Property Manager? It should be our right!
Pookiebear, maybe instead of posing as a tenant, you should try to take care of our legitimate needs as tenants.

This woman is crazy, you must be smoking something, b/c the office staff SUCK, there is an Old lady who has been working in there for years but she is a complete -----! I hate that woman, all i can say is thank god they put out the drop box for rent, b/c I have no want to EVER talk to any of those -------! Oh and whoever wrote this comment MUST WORK FOR WATERFORD SQUARE!!!

I AGREE WITH ALL OF YOUR ANSWERS TO POOKIEBEAR79. THEY LIE TO EVERYBODY AND TREAT THEM LIKE ANIMALS. AND NOW THEY HAVE A NEW ----- WHO'S ONLY WORKING THERE A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND HAS THE JAN AND CHRISTINE DISEASE. IF ANYBODY HAS BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 3 YEARS, THEY KNOW ALL THE GOOD ONES LEFT OR GOT FIRED. THEY EVEN SCREWED THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. THEY OWED ONE OF THEM $600 IN COMMISSIONS AND NEVER PAID HER GIVING ALL KINDS OF -------- EXCUSES. SO SHE LEFT AND GOT A MUCH BETTER JOB! CHRISTINE,JAN AND RONICA ARE VERY SAD PEOPLE AND REALLY HATE THEMSELVES SO WITH THE MENIAL AUTHORITY THEY HAVE HERE, THEY ENJOY USING THE GESTAPO MENTALITY BECAUSE THEIR LIFE IS MISERABLE AND UNHAPPY SO THEY CAN TAKE IT OUT ON THE RESIDENTS. THEY ARE NOT FIT TO BE CALLED HUMANS!!!
THIS IS LIKE LIVING IN EUROPE DURING THE HITLER REGIME.
