I have lived here for 3 years, my roommate for 6 years. At first it was a decent place to live, however, new management has taken over and this place is going down fast. I have yet to see a tenant pickup after their dog. As required in lease, and the noise has grown with each new tenant. Many of the good ones have moved outof the complex altogether, due to noise from others with no consideration for the rest of us. The water is shut off from time to time due to pipes breaking, the students at the school around the corner think this is a cut-thru to race thru to beat traffic, and on multiple occasions I have called the police for drug use and witnessing sexual acts in cars in the parking lot. No exaggeration!!! Right now there is a constant party in one of the units in my building, other tenants have moved or threatened to and nothing has gotten done about it.
My situation does not allow me to move at this time, but be forewarned about this place.
