This complex has the most unprofessional office staff and upper management. I have lived here for 2 years and there have been at least 3 or 4 changes in property manager. I am not sure why they keep changing, but with a new manager comes new rules but my lease is still the same. I am going active duty soon and wanted to go ahead and move out the unit within the next 30 days. I was told last month that I would just have to submit a 60 day notice and everything would be fine, but was told yesterday that I would have to pay 3 months in advance and lose my $800 deposit. Isn't it bad enough they have earned interest on my deposit for the past 2 years, they need the money that bad that they are going to keep it and my unit is in better condition than when I moved in. I have asked to speak with corporate and have yet to receive a response. Now today when I call all of a sudden they are willing to honr the orders I have but now I have to wait until a specific date. They are so inconsistant in this complex unless you are nonchalant about being taken for a ride at your own expense you will not want to move here. My blood pressure has gotten high just living in this complex as this is not my first issue I have had, but God's will it will be my last!

I did have a bad experience while out there seeking a one bedroom yes! the rates are great but sometimes the attitudes make it miserable for a person to even put in an application.
