Like everybody else says the staff sucks, and i have been living here for 4 years and i've finally had enough. when i first moved here it was great, it was always clean and the breeze ways were always pressure washed. they haven't pressure washed the breeze way since i heard them tell this older lady two years ago that they were gonna do it the next week. I have a spot in my ceiling that leaks when it rains alot and i have asked them several of times to fix it, but they never did and there is mold growing in it now. i'm planning on calling the mole patrol before i move on the 26th of july. also i put my notice in their box saying that i was moving and when i went to check on it they claimed that they didn't get it and it wasn't their responsiblilty to keep up with things that come in the box, but that goes for everything. So now i have to pay rent for two apartments which sucks because i don't have money to waste like that, but of coarse in so many words without saying it they told me i was a lier because they said that they didn't get it. Don't move there because they don't have it together and they should be shut down just for not being professional. im moving to the marquis now and they are so much more professional if your thinking about moving.
