Wellington Farms Apartments

Never make my mistake From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I read all the warnings, but I did not take heed and I now regret it severely! They told me all kinds of great things to get me in and since this is my first apartment I did not know any better. ALWAYS get things in writting with legible signatures! The loitering and music blasting is bad, but the car horns that start every morning at 5:30am are worse. Any major problems are not fixed very well, and any minor problems are ignored even if you call repeatedly. They never even gave me a copy of my lease, and now it is almost to the point of getting legal counseling. I am trying to leave because I can't take it any more they are milking me for all the money they can get (an EXTREMELY exorbitant amount!) and it is not legal! I just want out of this hellhole!
