Wellington Farms Apartments

Weekdays aren't soooo bad... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   But on the weekends the whole neighborhood turns into a Latino block party starting at 4:00 on Friday. People hanging over balconies, gathering in stairwells with their doors open with music blasting, standing in the parking lot, carrying cases of beer. The horn-blowing at 5:30 is a lie! They start at 4:30 am! Last week I had the roll out the bed to the floor because someone was shooting in the parking lot and that wasn't the 1st time. I saw a neighbor urinating on the front of the building and then he went into the apartment to get another beer-how trifling-his apartment was less than 10 steps away! If you don't come home at exactly the right moment you may not be able to park in front or behind your building.
