I have been living at Wellington Farms for the past three years and am in the process of signing another 12 month lease. Wellington Farms has a variety of people who live there spanish, ------, asian and whites. Everyone i have been in contact with have been great. At times you do hear horns blow but that occurs everywhere to include housing developments. The office and maintenance staff has been there for most of the time i have lived here they are all nice and helpful. The rents are very resonable and i have looked around to find better prices everytime my lease comes up for renewal - who doesn't want to save money. I feel the price i pay for my apartment is very resonable and the community is clean and a great place to call home. The folks who wrote some of these messages must be bigots or deadbeats since they appear to have had so many problems. Bet they have the same issues where they live now. If life is just they are in a cardboard box under 85...
