I have been living there for 9 months and I am ending my lease early. I had two cars stolen in less than 4 months. It is very dirty and lots of loud noise. Not a place to live if you have kids. The people drive around the parking lot at crazy speeds. The units are small and cramped. I am ready to move. Anyone looking at these should think twice about moving so close to central avenue (if you know what I mean).

Contact a lawyer--If you can prove you were the victem of a crime and the management did nothing to improve the situation you should be able to get out of it.
