Other comments still hold true] Everything I ever asked of the office has been ignored. Don't know if they are lazy or incopetent or both. I hate the fact that Charlottes many immigrants are being treated this way. The rusty sink and beat up countertops were painted so as to look good upon move in. I'd stay away. They make these look great on the outside to lure in suckers (like me)
