I have been living here since the last 3 yrs. at the begining maintenance sucked but then they sold it to some new company and that is when they staring to change alot of things. they painted exterior, they put up a park for kids, renovated clubhouse, they put up more street lights on the stree and buildings too, the gym, they are now installing the security gates and their maintenance service has improve but people need to understand that maintenance is to fix a problem in your apartment not to clean your apartment because i seen a lot of my neighbors that have been very picky and when they move out their apartment is like a dumpster. i belive that in this area (east charlotte) this is the only place i feel good about. I have many friend who lives around this area and they tell me all times that their service sucks, people in the office dont care about their problems but at Wellington every time i come to their office i feel so confortable and I like it and I am renewing my contract this month again.
