I have recently moved in to Wellington Farms and I believe this is a place where I want to be. The neighbors are good people, apartment is in good condition, we got new carpet and new appliances, the grounds are cleaned, lot of lights on parking area. I really like it and so far maintenance and office staff are very friendly and they care for us.
I would say that this is a ok place and I have to say I recommend it.
