I have lived here for almost a year and I cannot wait to leave! I should have took the warning signs when I first moved in and the apartment had not been cleaned. Fixtures in kitchen were not placed, bathtub was terrible and had mold that they tried to paint over, carpet was torn and dirty(imagine a brown carpet with visible dirt and stains).I had to make manager/maintenance come and clean and repair before I could get settled, after they argued with me that the apartment was fine.Speaking of maintenance!!!they are are very lazy and unlikely to respond. I went over a week without hot water because they did not want to come and fix my water heater, yet they still expected me to pay for that month of water, which they told me was included, that was a lie because additional water bill comes every month! It is like pulling teeth from a wild animal to have service here.I always have to call the office serval times, then end up having to go inside the office upset to see any results....Oh yeah they will have your car towed wether you are a tenant or not for rediculous reasons.I wish I would have paid closer attention to previous reviews, majority of them have proven to be very true.
