Well, it was bad at back two years ago, but then new owners or management made the change. At first they did not pay attention to our concerns. They would never do anything for resident, they just want their money paid on time and that was it. Now I see they care for your problems, they focus in maintaining the community clean and neat, it looks to me like they respond faster to maintenance complains, they even have activities for residents on special occasions, that is something I like, specially because I got 3 kids and they love parties.
I strongly recommend this place, my sister lives here, my co-worker lives here, and I do not see a reason why people wouldn t choose to live at Wellington Apartments.
