Hi, my husband and I just renewed for another year, and we had have some maintenance issues at this place but nothing big. But let me tell you about the last place we lived at, it was a nightmare. the manager had a tooth missing, maintenance staff was smoking dont know what! but everytime they came in to my apartment to fix something they left my apartment stinky, the lady on the front office was allways rude and showing her stuff and nobody was profecional. the place was a mess over all. but We feel that Wellington Apartments is diferent, our comments are heard, we like the service we receive, maintenance is good and very polite, grounds are cleaned at all times, and what we most like about this place is that the community has new gates and a brand new gym. if this place is kept this way, i dont believe we will leave unless is to our own house. I would strongly recommend you to Wellington Apartments.

Lady are you sure you mean Wellington farms? The place is a ghetto full of cocaine and crack. Stay away at all costs.

Dont know WHO your are, but apprently you have issues with this place, are sure you did not get EVICTED FROM WELLINGTON FARMS FOR NOT PAYING YOUR RENT AND THAT IS WHY YOU ARE MAD AND KEEP PUTING BAD COMMENTS?????
