the staff is inexperienced and probally got the job because they are bilingual, when this is an English speaking country and if the residents are here in America legally then they should speak english
they cheat you on the water bill
they try to fool you with the carpet cleaning, just vacuum it good
I bathed at a friends house because the tub was hideous
none of the maintainence people spoke English
poor book keeping plus trying to cheat me out of my deposit
the worst place on earth at least in Charlotte
do not move in this dump
