At the begining you think you have gotten a good place but shortly after parking in you will be welcome by mold and mildew.Their manager will coat the mold with paint and will deny the existence of such.
It is also a theatre for coackroaches,so be sure you will get a full load as you are moving out.Their maintenance are not doing their job.

i have been living in wembly arms for almost 5 yrs and have watched it good down since the new management team has taken over. I have a lot os issues with mold and mildrew. Also with the maintenance not fixing things like they should. the leasing agent is very unprofessional and does not excute information in a timely manner. you are never able to speak with anyone besides her. I plan on leaving within the next few months and will never recommend wembley arms to anyone
