Wembley At Briar Creek

Wembley on Wembley Dr. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The Wembley Apartments off of Central Avenue...You get what you pay for. Originally, Marsh Properties managed the apartments, and then new management came. Not a real big difference...they just jacked up the rent. If you have kids, the yards are wonderful. The gas bill is super high (the building is so old). Wembley Dr is very quiet, and I would of never know it was even here if I had not lived here. There are always police riding through and will write you a ticket in a heartbeat ( the speed limit is 25 MPH). There is not a swimming pool or a playground, but like I said earlier, the yards are great! The grass is cut ALL day on Sunday, which is really annoying. But this area is cleaning up...new condos are going up all around. I don't see this place even being here that much longer.
