Horrible From: Aby1 Date posted: 6/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2008   This used to be a nice place to live when Marsh Properties owned and managed the apartments, now it is hell. Onsight management will not tell you who owns or manages the apartments now. Like night and day, the servicing of the apartments has deteriorated. The grass is not maintained, the trash is not picked up. It takes weeks before anyone addresses maintenance issues, maintenance has changed 3 times in one year, the apartments are full of mold and milldew. They move people in and out like those pay by day hotels
