parking is easy
there is minimal noise the most noise you may hear is vehicles passing by playing loud music or on Friday and Saturday nights which is also not bothersome.
The grounds are shot to hell no disrespect to the landscaper b/c he is a cool guy but I'm tired of seeing patches of grass and then there is one whole area with a big tree and no grass at all.
A couple of months ago there was a water main brake that accured over the weekend, maintenance had no answers and worst of all MANAGEMENT said for four days straight " I don't know what to tell you" while shrugging his shoulders. Now for people like myself with children and could not bathe your kids or flush the toilet I wanted to wrap my hands around that mans neck for not even caring. On most problems here management does not seem to care about what happens but they make sure they get their rent on time.
Safety is okay, my neighbors apartment was broken into right before Christmas and she was cleanED out in broad daylight. I've complained about the attics to 2 different managers, there ARE holes starting from one apartment straight down to the last, What happened was these guys thought they could steal copper from everyone's attic so they knocked out holes and stole what they needed, management actually had the nerve to say it doesn't matter you're safe as long as people can't push down your attic stairs and harm your children, "WHAT!"
All of sudden summer of 2008 a swarm of roaches has invaded the whole property causing about 6 tenants to leave before the year is over, management has done nothing but ask the LANDSCAPING guy to spray the apartments, give out 5 baits to those who only complain and fight for action, dollar tree bug spray and raid fog that had to be fought for. My child has asthma and having roaches does not help the situation.
Overall since I've been living here in only 2 years we've been through 5 maintenance men and 2 temporary managers 2 idiotic managers who care less b/c they don't have to live here. My lease is ending soon and I will not be renewing after two years of fighting and pleading for action I give up I'm out of here and suggest who ever is looking for an apartment do not take my spot. And after two years I have yet to still meet the mysterious owners!
