We lived in the apt complex for 9 months. During the time we were there all kinds of things were happening. We constantly had problems with our vehicles getting broken into. My car was broken into 7 times and stolen twice. They have security that rides in at 10:30 every night. They only walk to the office door and touch a checkpoint. After this, they are gone. The maintenance was terrible. Our refrigerator broke down after living in the apt 2 weeks. I called the emergency number because to me, my food spoiling was an emergency. They told me they would be there shortly and then they never showed up. All my food spoiled and when i called management they said there was nothing that she could do. Nicole was manager at the time. Our apt was broken into and our appliances worked when they wanted. Loud tenants always were coming in and out. It looks beautiful on rent.com but do not stay here.
They expect 100% loyalty. They don't give it. When we gave notice that we were leaving they disregarded it. Then they tried to charge us for breech of contract. They are terrible people and nicole is just a *itch. I told her we were leaving and she wanted to pitch a fit before we did.
Bottom line STAY AWAY!
