I cannot state who I am, however, I do know for a fact that the old lady who works in the office, thinks she is the manager/owner of the place. If you are any other color besides white, you need to just turn around, and get out, look elsewhere. No, I am not black, or any thing else. However I am colored blind. I know they started letting refugess in the apartments about 4 years back. Biggest mistake they have ever made. You literally need to go into one of their apartments, and just be dumbfounded as to how they can actually live like they do. I can tell you from real experience, it is absolutley beyound disgusting! They need to have a fence around the entire property, as the druggies and the whores walk through there like they own it. Cops won't even stay there for free rent! That tells you something. The owner really needs to get into his wallet and pay for some upgrades. I can say, that maintenance tries their hardest to get repairs done. They need more help. Not all the people who live there are bad. There are alot of good ones. But I do know people, who will not even call or come into the office because of the old lady who works in it. Dont think for a minute she likes you. Dont think she isnt watching you, she always does. Becareful if you see her at night, creeping around, spying on everyone who lives there. Dont be surprised if she is looking in your window!
