Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
There was always a bug problem. Maintenance was always spraying pesticides. I lived near the playground, so there was alot of noise. There were always kids running around all hours of the day. The pool is tiny. The fitness center has 3 machines. Walls are very thin. There were occational break-ins of cars. You can find nicer places for alot cheaper.
