I lived here a few years now and can say management is at its best. This place is not gorgeous with fountains and coffee bars but its not a new community. It does offer what some of the other places have like a pool,playground and small gym. Its kept clean and I love the quite. The rent is reasonable and management/maintenance has made me happy enough to renew. They also gave me a free apartment upgrade for signing a 2 yr renewal. The only issue I have is parking at my building but I understand that our community is almost full and management is taking steps to review the situation and correct to everyones liking. I would definately recommend my home to anyone looking for a fair price, a safe area with a good floorplan and nice neighbors.
