Regarding the last review:

Why are you writing a review about Wexford Apts now that you have moved out' You contradicted yourself by stating "nothing got done when I lived here" leading us to believe you have moved and then you went on to claim "it is alwys so trashy and nothing gets done and it's just crazy here" like you still live here. Sorry but if you moved then how would you know. I brought this review to the attention of the rental office today because one comment sounded really familiar to me and they tend to agree with me that it was written by an ex disgruntled employee. Since they dont seem to mind that this person is blowing off jealous steam I choose to comment because the things this person described truthfully occurred but during their employment!!! I would like to clarify a few things. First of all work requests I put in have been done in 48 hours unless they needed to order something and they always leave a little blue note that explains what they ordered and and expected completion date. Number 2...E-mail me. I will send you pictures of how neat and clean it is here. Number three, they must really miss the place if after being gone so long that they are still thinking about our community.I never liked this person because they were rude, dishonest and yeah work requests I put in during their employment never got done. I know they wrote this because I liked to hang in the office and chit chat and when they worked their last week they did nothing but talk negatively about the place to all within earshot and they always use the term "its just crazy" that was used in the last review. But now that they are gone everythings great. I love the new office ladies and the maintenance man Syril who got promoted is awesome. He is always busy and the place looks great. They are hiring for a cleaner/painter now and this one man still does it all by himself in the same timeframe of any other place I ever lived that had 3 guys working there. I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking to rent from a company who train and hire honest people in a community where it is quite, rules are enforced and maintenance is quick... I, as a CURRENT renter find it very immature of someone to write something negative about a place that is running smoothly because the company found a better group of people to do the job.
