I don't really know where to start so I'll just say this.My name is Bryan Conrad and I use to work at Wexford Apartments for David Drye Company.Now with that said or writen,ha,ha,ah.I gave my two week notice in October of 2004 my last day was the 15th of that month.Well for the last two weeks I ran my mouth about things that I should not have for that i'm sorry to the residents i spoke with. I was told by a friend that knew i worked at Wexford and they said that this needed my looking at asap.so i did and what do you know someone posted something bad the kind of stuff I talked to the residents about and as the saying goes what goes around comes around.Around we go,One if i had something to say and i spoke to the residents and to staff on other properties,(who felt the same as me at the time) do you think i could have cared about weather or not you would know me or not,NO! So the truth is yes the dumpster was not always clean and yes grounds were bad at times,oh and work orders took for ever to get done, but you know what i don't care anymore i'm not there i don't work for you anymore let it go.That is how i felt yesterday, today this is how i feel i gave five years of my life to a company that almost got me killed ,and could have cared less about it and all this from a company blasting about how christian they are.Dangers on your property that could have hurt people and you just keep going like it doesnt matter but i'm the bad guy, i'm the inmature one, well if being honest makes me inmatuer i would rather be 34 going on 20, than talk behind people and stab people in the back if that is what you call being grownup
you can keep it.Two and this is the kicker, before i ever gave my notice,i was out of work with a twisted ankel for five weeks so lets count five weeks make how many days,humm....around 35 or so days i was out of work and all this time what do you think was pileing up come on can you geuss, thats right the dumpster and the grounds now this in noway is a reflection on the only one left to keep it all going the maintenace tech who as far as i know was only given help two or three time out of 35 days that is 142 apt units(that is apartments if you don't know)I did that before and I only had to wait for help for two week.And then we know what happened next but whatever right.So you have that greatest tech man you are awsome (no bull)running the show while i'm out of work.I come back after all this time and nothing had changed but i took the blame or was given the blame who really knows.Three, now this is all my fault after the second year with out a raise i sould have left then, man was i blind to belive anything you people had to say.
Now in noway does any of this have to do with how the property is now,I hope they are all doing fine and they all have a good holliday
