I was dissappointed initially when I called and inquired about these apartments because my first question was typical, "Do you have any specials'" The reply I got was "No but..I do have a really great deal on a 2br with a view. I first experienced a little confusion but the young lady continued on explaining their policy and I was pleased with the information she supplied. It seemed to be a fair business practice and I'm glad I went with my instincts and set the appointment since I've now lived here 8.5 pleasant months.I like the way they choose to rent these apartments by making things fair to the people who already live here.They rent the apartment based on whether the apartments getting new things or not, its position in the community etc., instead of giving lower "Special" rates to the new people leaving the ones already here with ageing carpet and paint paying a higher rate. I can sincerely say I really enjoy living here. It's quite, affordable and I really enjoy having a cup of coffee in the office and chatting with the lovely ladies and talking sports ("Go Patriots!!!") with the maintenance fellow. I'm getting kinda old (lol) so I will probably retire and move closer to my family in a few years and will miss this place since it is the only place I have lived in the 15 years I have lived in Charlotte that I have felt comfortable and felt great coming home. The staff has been wonderful and I have been fortunate to have the same respectful neighbors that have been a big help when an old fellow needed a hand. I like the fact that you dont see a big change in people living here since people like the feeling you get living here. I hope my next apartment living experience is just as great and wish the staff and all my wonderful neighbors a blessed holiday..... Mr. John
