what the crap is this place about. everything is so terrible and i mean everything. staff, bugs, theft, parking, noise......run run run

I agree! RUN, RUN, RUN!! This place is crap! Office is terribe! Every time I walk in there both of the women are taking thier big asses off! Get to work! Clean up the property! Do something before we all move out!

I DISAGREE. Yeah the apartments are not brand new or for rich people but they are nice, clean and the repair guys great. You must be the a**hole who is too lazy to throw your own trash in the dumpster and instead lay it on the steps for the staff or nice neighbors like me to pick up. I guess your also too lazy to even make a regular post and include you name...hmmm. Well my names Jason and I'm not ashamed to say who I am and why I am posting. The girls in the office are NICE unlike your rude description and RUN to do everything we need immediately. You must need to RUN and pay your rent and are pissed cuz you got one of those eviction letters. Not only did the whole staff take part in making us feel wanted when we were going to move but offered us a transfer last year and the maintenance guy even helped us in our apartment with hanging pics and moving our et. center which is not something I would expect. The office people have never been b*tchy to me when I'm late and I tend to think that the only big a** on here is you!!! I do believe if I did a poll with the neighbors they would all agree that not only does the office keep things quite here but they must be doing something right cause it's also clean and my buildings full which never happened before they got here. If you got a problem why don't you be an adult and tell the staff...I bet you'd actually feel like a big A** BECAUSE THEY WOULD JUMP RIGHT TO IT. Pay your rent loser!!! I'm glad your not my neighbor since all my neighbors are adults!!!!

I disagree with jasonyoun...give me a break. I have resided here for 2 years and this is the most inadequate living situation I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I agree with you...RUN RUN RUN from wexford!
