wexford apts. has been a very nice place to live. i have lived here for approx. 2 years. my vehicle was broken into 1 time, but come on we live in charlotte, this happens everywhere in any city.

We live in the neighborhood that this apartment complex is in. There are NUMEROUS problems with this complex: gang activities, drugs, loud and rude young men who walk the streets at all hours of the night. These people have no respect for themselves nor other people or property. We've seen them loitering and littering. We've seen plenty of violence and all too many distributions of drugs. Rumor has it that the Charlotte Housing Authority has apartments rented here - the home owners of the neighborhood behind the apartments are looking into this.
