Recently crime has invaded the complex. Staff, both office and maintenance, are friendly and knowledgable. We're paying more in rent than they advertise and they say that it's a "special rate". I don't feel safe at home, alone or with my childern, only when my spouse is home. There is a MAJOR maintenance problem that must be approved by corp. office, but they don't think it's a problem because it only affects one apt. We still live here so I'm not sighing this.
