First of all, Wexford isn't all that great. The staff, for the most part tries, I think. Most of the time you can't get a straight forward answer out of them. They never open the pool on time, I think last year it was around July if not later. Then they close it the first chance they get. Not good at all for a bucket of water. They tow cars for minor things. Now they say they will tag you, but if you know you have a flat tire. You better not go to sleep or that tow truck at 3am will creep thru. They have children bored out of their minds, fighting each other with sticks because they have nothing else better to do. The staff tore the playground down about 1 year ago and I still haven't seen any progress in rebuilding one. They have these monthly meetings that no one seems to care about because nothing ever seems to get done. If a complaint is made from a neighbor, they don't even make sure it was you before you get a letter. Nails stick up in the wood in the walkway area's and never get fixed. The corporate office could care less about how you feel. They brush you off even though they get your rent every single month.
