Security issues common to Charlotte, better here than most From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Great location (SuperWalmart, etc). Security problems common in Charlotte: Trespassers use car area, pool, laundry, fitness room; Car break-ins, car DOOR stolen, tires slashed; downstairs apt entries have areas trouble can lurk. Neighbor's can blast tv/music, all depends on where apt is located, most quiet; thin walls. Great maintenance/office staff (except 1 in office). Holiday parties/meals for residents in Clubhouse. Poor insulation, great heat/air. Hot water goes off as soon as tub fills, otherwise satisfying. Overall, I'd recommend Whitehall over most others.
