The apartments are very nice and appear safe, but the staff are very unresponsive. Maintenance requests have to submitted multiple times. The staff have lied to us about the status of several requests. And during move-in, I had to personally visit the office 6 times to get certain problems with the aparetment straightened out. I had to visit them in person because they did not return phone calls, and could not ever reach a person on the phone, even when they were in the office. (This continues to be a continuous problem, even when just attempting to verify that we are current on our rent.) We are currently living here, but will not be renewing out lease, and can't wait to leave.
