Not recommended --poor service... From: sales@sockettech.com Date posted: 2/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The apartment choice is horrible. I was resident for 9 months, the AC or heating system doesn't work at times, the maintenance is poor. We had problem with our dryer vent and complained to management. After few days of no response we had to move our dryer and by doing that inadvertently the vinyl was torn little bit. We explained after this incident and also during our final checkout review we informed the Manager -Arra Gunn. She agreed and later on after a month we got a bill for $120. My co-worker lost his passport. When he complained about the management, the manager just winked and did not take any steps. It is not a safe place to live. The pool key doesn't work and the threadmill is poorly maintained. The lease renewal notices are not explained correctly. They will wait till last minute to give a advance notice. Fridays the parking is impossible. We had to park some 100 feet from our apartment on fridays, long weekends. We had to get away and it was absolutely nigtmare.
