RUN AWAY! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived at this apartment complex for just over a year and in that time my bathroom constantly had leaks and plumbing issues, the garbage disposal was a joke, my porch closet was INFESTED with spiders, mold was definately a concern, and I NEVER felt safe. My car was broken into twice in two weeks, someone cut through the screen on my bedroom window and tried to break in on 3 occasions and the staff did NOT replace my screen - I had to have a friend help me do it because I felt so unsafe. Also very loud, gates are for looks. Not a good place for a female to live alone in a first floor unit. Bad area in general...office staff a wreck as well...and pool/workout areas rarely clean. Overall horrible experience, but I couldn't afford to break my lease.
