I have lived here less than a year. My car was broken into once and then had sugar put into the gas tank necessitating a new fuel pump and engine overhaul. No concern at all by office staff. They are unbending,unpleasant, a pain to deal with and at times nasty. The complex policy in general sucks! They are totally inflexible. Don't rent here. You can rent an entire house for the price of one crummy bedroom apartment.
