I think I got Cryptosporidium from the nasty, gross toxic pool at Wildwood.
Look it up: and BEWARE this apartment complex BEWARE it needs to be quarantined

I have lived at Wildwood Apartments for five years. They need a property manager who cares about pleasing tenants. This will be my last year. The office Manager Debbie, is cold, without personality and greedy. The complex preys on its own tenants by having towing companies to tow the residents cars. They claim it is to make sure cars arn't abandoned on the property, Bull S--t! The tenants cars are registered with the office, so they know whose care is whose. If a tenant has not renew their sticker the car is towed. This is none of their business. They are not a municipal organiztion. And this bull about the apartments are rented below market rent and if you are late youu have to pay market rent which amounts to a 125 late fee. Nothing is fixed when you ask, outside lights have been broken since last year and the washers and dryers don't work.

Complaints can get things done and can also inform others to the inadequacies of a place."Can" is the operative word here, at Wildwood complaints fall on deaf ears or are in the hands of those that can not make things happen. I have moved on and it is the best thing I did: get away from Wildwood.

I think you have nothing better to do than complain. Debbie has been great to me and my family. Why don't you get a life and stop being so mean. Debbie, Terry and Jeff has all been great! Move on.
