Terrible! The Manager and Staff are completely rude. I broke my lease to move out. My apartment was moldy, the air conditioning did not work and I was told by the staff to just not use it! Anywhere would be better than here. The complex is not safe and the office is always empty.

The comment that management here is rude is TRUE! The newest manager here (since summer 2006) is the WORST. She (Debbie Holloway) is arbitrary, ineffectual, caustic, a "gossip" and a person that seems to rather residents bicker so that one or others move out so that new residents will move in at a MUCH higher rental rate. RAM Properties Management (Atlanta Base) is not any better. They do NOT care about community at all and have the same greedy approach to residents and simply mimic what local management says and reports. A district manager that shows up once every couple of months for an afternoon is NOT the kind on hands-on approach that a COMMUNITY needs and deserves. I would NOT move here and suggest ALL to look at other properties around the city.
