Pros: Plenty of storage space, large balcony, open living area; wooded community looked nice in summer

Cons: Spider infestation on balcony; old, small appliances; office staff not pleasant; allow children to run loose at the pool area; towed my car because my inspection was late and the towing company showed up 3 days earlier than they said I had to correct the problem (I was in a wreck and couldn't pass inspection until I came up with the money to fix my busted turn signal); charged an arm and a leg for lost laundry card; rent increased $120 when it was time to renew-I was already working 2 jobs to dig myself out of the hole my former roommate left me in and my cost of living raise definitely didn't cover this!; charged me $1600 to replace carpet from pets (after paying a year's worth of pet rent and a deposit on each pet) and replace a busted bathroom door.

All things considered I would have renewed if not for the rate increase being so dramatic just because I hate moving and the general location is fabulous! I never felt unsafe even though they reported car break-ins during the time I was there. But I wouldn't recommend the place to a friend because it's just not worth the trouble.

Your car has to be legal. Read your lease. If they didn't do the towings the property would be full of junkers. I have had no problems with the community

There was junk car allowed to sit in the spaces in front of the building I lived for over 6 months. Air bag had deployed, the car was wrecked in its front and it was obviously not legal. Where is your logic now ?
