I lived at Wildwood Apartments for 1 year and 2 months and it was the worst experience ever. If you rent here and have any problems with your apartment please don't go to the apartment manager( Debbie Hollaway). This lady is rude and if you say she is rude you will have an enemy for life. We payed our lease off and wanted to move out but they lied and said we did not give them notice, that way they could charge us for 2 more months at a higher rate. We went to court and won only to find out that this made them even angrier. Now they are billing us for all new apliances, new carpet Etc. Etc. We have always received our deposit back on places we lived, now we are asked to pay to remodel the apartment. I have had to file a small claims agaist this property just to be heard by a judge. I am a business professional who just wanted to live in a nice community close to my office. Beware of this place!

D. Holloway runs these apartments like a Concentration Camp----Colonel Klink of "Hogan's Heroes"---she is incompetent and ineffectual one of these days RAM management in Atlanta (the people who "run" this place) will FIRE her and get someone who acts professionally, humanly and can COMMUNICATE like a REAL person.Maybe even better: a NEW management company. You have lost your mind if you want to rent here.

I think the office staff is very professional and have always been nice and kind to me. I don't know why you are being so unkind. your crazy. I hope you don't live here anymore because I don't want neighbors like you.
