I have been living at Wildwood for 5 years and I love it. As far as the Management I think that they are very nice, professional and caring to us residents. The Manager Debbie is by far the best manager that we have had so far. I would recomend Wildwood
to my friends and I have. The thing that people are writing about Management is probably people that didn't pay there rent or were evicted. So go there and see for yourself and I know you will chose to live there because its a nice place.

Yes-I did something to cause my non-renewal: I simply asked that management do the job that they were hired for. Keep the pool clean, ask loud neighbors that call the police repeatedly to stop of face consequences, such a non-renewal. But Because I made waves, I has a rent-a-cop to tell me I would be arrested if I even attempted to speak to anyone in the office or in Atlanta. I'm sure you do not even know all the twists and turns that caused this. I am very overjoyed I am no longer at Wildwood--and If you like it, good, you either have had an easy time there so far or are very tolerant. Karma comes back on a place and those that deserve.and a review of under 20% will have a strong effect here. The vast majority are unhappy with the place and face it--do the mold pictures here really turn you on for a lease? That is just the tip of the iceberg.

I'm sure you did something to not be renewed. So get over it. Wildwood is probably much better off without you.
