Read this only if you would like 10 minutes of sheer entertainment.
Ok here it goes! All of the negative feedback seems to all be a result of either a disgruntled resident who was probably LATE on their rent and finally had to pay the piper and did not like to have to comply with rules and regulations OR someone who probably is posting many different negative post s because they were asked to leave the property because they created a nuisance and/or broke noise ordinance laws by the city and throwing loud parties and creating havoc for other residents and our friendly staff.
It seems to always be that when the staff try to assert the rules for residents such as myself, that enjoy a quite, peaceful and respectful environment, it never fails that the one s that are breaking ALL of the rules, come back in a very vicious attack and post these ridiculous (anonymous) postings! Anyone that has an IQ of more than double digits should be able to see right through it.
But you will never hear the rule breakers ever taking any credit, of them creating an environment so negative, that the staff must then address them in a manner that they conjure up to be called .. rude . It s always is deemed rude, when people do not get their way.
Let s take a few of these so called complaints on, .. shall we' You may follow along by reading the heading of mine first and then flipping over to the blog and reading what they write and then reading my reply. Confused' I was too after reading these jokers blogs.
My answers to the people dated:
10-13-05 Referenced HORRIBLE:
--- Sounds to me like someone may have a relationship that you need to get into check. Apartment staff s fault' Not hardly.
10-18-05 Referenced No Title
--- Probably the same person as above or his/her friend. So cowardly that they would not even title it and very well worded! Word of advice, if you want to be taken serious, leave a real message that does not insult the board or the reader.
11-13-08 Not recommended
--- I will let this one speak for itself because it proves my point that the staff must be trying to clean up the property and rid it of undesirable tenants thus in the process have to take these cowardly attacks by internet (where people can hide anonymously and never give their name like a person with a real complaint would) .and then be called rude!
Her quote is as follows:
There was domestic fight the other week and occasional partying which has kept me up. This is only from one of the neighbors, everyone else has been quite. Most people just keep to themselves except for the little girl who gave me the finger and the two little boys that seem to always be carrying sticks or poles around here, hmm' ...end of quote.
Sounds just like what the staff has been addressing lately.
10-01-07 No Title of course
Well, this person seems to want to name names except for their own. Interesting. This is probably the resident that the prior person was complaining about that was having domestic issues and parting all night. That RUDE staff, I am sure, had to do their job and asked them not to disturb the residents around them. Pretty sad that this person would call out a person by first and last name in this world we live in with so many sicko s out there. Hey pal, if you read this .how bout your first and last name. Didn t your Mother teach you how to fight fair' What a coward.
2-07-08 RUN RUN VERY FAST FROM THIS PLACE!!
To the person that wrote this post. Did it ever occur to you that perhaps these moving trucks were assisting the people that the complex just removed from there, for being rule violators' Hmmmm. Good possibility. And why would you ask them anyway' Why not ask ALL of the other people who are still living there and probably having a good experience. Knock on some doors next time and get the real story, not advice from people who are exiting that are disgruntled.
2-26-08 Dissatisfied
I can t remember the last time that it was the staff s fault that you could not pay a bill to get your car fixed in order not to have it towed. Sounds like a personal problem to me.
You were charged for a lost laundry card' One that YOU lost' How dare they charge you for being irresponsible. Dude, even the library does that! Lighten up. Uh, your fault again, hate to point that out. Yep, rent does increase. That is why there are restrictions on how much a property can increase it by. It has to be a fair increase otherwise the property gets in trouble by the government.
The fact that your cost of living increase at your job did not cover your rent increase is: not the staff s fault once again.
This one I love! You were charged a fee because your pets trashed the carpet. Your words not mine. Wow .how dare that staff AGAIN. Again the staff is trying to maintain a clean and livable environment for its residents, but you call them rude. Amazing.
3-10-08 Can you say slum lords
This one is interesting since this person self-proclaims to be a business professional .
Lesson 1 : If you are a business professional you would know that you certainly always place your notice in writing as requested by every rental property around the country (its called rules and regulations), made a copy for yourself, hand delivered it, had them sign off on it and then produced it when questioned. Hmm. Business 101 sounds like.
Lesson 2 : Being the business professional that you are you may want to click the spell check button or either learn how to spell paid, appliances and against ..before you send out your anonymous BS again. You can use someone s full name, but you don t dare give your own. What a joke.
Lesson 3 : If you ever intend to be heard in a complaint or taken serious, then you being the business professional that you are, must know that you should always give your name on the complaint, if you want to be taken serious. Otherwise, it looks like you may be trying to throw the staff under the bus and get them fired because you have a personal agenda or motive. Not good.
For all the other Anonymous bloggers, it is really hard to take any of these serious when no one ever leaves their name. If it is a real or serious issue, then I personally would not have a problem leaving my name so that the problems could be rectified. Otherwise it comes off looking like exactly what it is, which is, a resident that was either evicted or not renewed because they were not up to standard to what the property owners are looking for in a resident.
Grow up, leave a valid complaint or compliment and leave it with your name. But thanks for the entertainment you have supplied!!
My experience in renting has been a wonderful one. Can t say enough good things about the staff and I truly hope that they continue in their efforts of cleaning up our community and ridding it of everything and one that is undesirable. Thanks staffers! There are those of us that do recognize your hard word and all of your professional efforts! Keep up the great work and thank you for listening to our complaints and actually addressing our issues of the noisy, disrespectful neighbors that we have had to endure before you came on property Debbie Holloway. You re the best!
And since I am not a vicious attacker, a self proclaimed business professional nor a disgruntled prior resident, .I feel it only befitting that I sign my letter as:

Well since you did sign anonymous and had enough time to write this entire thing, I'm assuming you must be Terry, Jeff or Debbie!

The problem with the staff at Wildwood is they spend all of there time reading these post and trying to be clever by pointing out misspelled words and Etc. I am a business professional and if I corrected every client I had on their spelling I would not have any clients. The fact that my point was made and you corrected me still goes to show that you don't get it. Do you think because you found spelling errors that it will somehow make the posting not true. Instead of putting your energy into finding ways to defend the comments try fixing the real problems that face this community. We who acually lived at Wildwood know that the anonymous postings that are in favor of wildwood are those of the staff. All you have to do is walk through and talk to people who live here and most will say that this place needs new management and needs to work on their image instead of sitting in the office correcting the spelling of a former tenant.

I was actually thinking of moving into this place when me lease is up in September 08. I'm not the type of person that believes every bad comment but after reading the posting that was CLEARLY written by someone on the management staff, I choose not to move there. Obviously, there are some bruised feelings of someone on the staff and he/she actually posted a comment to try and offset the repercussion of losing potential tenants. To the so-called "management" staff, please stop wasting your time with blogging and try to make a difference by improving the environment of apartment community you're in charge of. Remember, if enough complaints come into headquarters then before you know it, you won't have to worry about wasting your time REPLYING to negative comments. Because your biggest concern will be APPLYING for a new job! Work on your community and stop just "showing up for a paycheck". Oh, by the, RAM doesn't pay you to blog.

Re: "Lesson" #3, addressed to the business professional: you advise that their complaints will not be taken seriously because they did not sign their name. The combination of your condescending tone (seriously: "Lesson"??) and failure to respond to a complaint leads me to conclude that you are not interested in responding to complaints. You lost me there, toots.

Management at Wildwood are vindictive and as a few have noted, that they bicker with the message boards on this site. That should show anyone how just plain weird they are; they are unprofessional and simply are petty. NotRentingFromU has the Correct response in NOT renting from RAM properties. I would stay well away from the place.
