I wouldn't rent from here again ever. All the negative things said about the management at Wildwood is TRUE so far. I stayed for less than 1 year and cannot believe the headache they have given me. When I moved in, the apartment had a stove that did not work, a leaking toilet with water everywhere, and roaches! The office staff kept making it seem like I was crazy and that there were no "evidence" of roaches from what the "exterminator" told them and that no one at their apartment has complained of roaches before. One day I stayed home on a monday (the day the exterminators come to the complex) and 2 of my NEIGHBORS had their apartments exterminated for roaches (yes i asked them)! Even when I moved out there were still roaches. These office people are full of crap. Oh and that Jeff guy, hahaha his title as "leasing consultant" is a JOKE. These people cannot even interpret their own leasing agreement that they make you sign. Try to have them explain "calendar days" to you. Haha RAM Partners has done a terrific job hiring idiots to work there, I'm sure Jeff, Terry, & Debbie have worked here for awhile but comon why don't none of them know what they're doing by now'
If you still don't believe me, go ahead-- MOVE into a roach infested apartment with idiots working at the complex. I wished all these negative comments were made prior to me moving in, it would have helped me out alot.
And whoever this person is that keeps commenting back to the negative reviews and calling them "disgruntle" renters, you must be Wildwood's only friend. This is MY review and MY experiences with these idiots. You can take my advice or not, maybe you'll be lucky and won't get the apartment I stayed in.

Actually Patrick our computers cannot post comments on this site we can only respond to comments posted, I just wanted to point that out. Also you can only post a comment one time, thats why you cannot keep posting bad reviews just because you are mad at us because we non-renewed your lease. Get your facts straight. Thanks, Jeff

I think he is dead on. I lived there and all the negative comments are true. I would bet anything that the comments posted in favor of wildwood came from employees. It's anonymous right. They are just trying to keep the ratings from going any lower by posting a great review to counter the truth.

Why would an employee of the apartments even be adding comments here unless for damage mitigation? One must ask one's self "If they feel they must fight back on the list, what is REALLY wrong with the place?"
