I lived there for a few years. Always paid my rent on time, never had any noise complaints. I moved into a one bedroom. About 4 months later I requested to move into a two bedroom one bath. Once there, the upstairs neighbor ran some water for a bath and left for work. Yes, a flooded apartment. It was difficult getting the repairs. Maintenance at the time were drunks, yes, even on the job. I ended up moving across the hall into another unit of the same type. About a week later, there was a drip from the ceiling in the bathroom. There were 5 kitchen pots of water in the bathroom that I had to keep emptying before I could get management over. They moved me into a two bedroom two bath unit where I had little to no problem. Upon signing a lease renewal, I even got my deposit back. Lets face it, you get what you pay for. I feel that maintenance was a little lax, but I feel that was because of management. While I lived there, a dead body was found in the bordering creek and an attempted robber had a heart attack and died on the property. The entrance of the property is so crowded with -------- trying to catch the school bus, you cant get in or out. Do some research before moving here.....
