Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I have had maintenance issues since I moved in and they have not been fixed in 6 months. There was a gun fight literally right oustide my bedroom window. Loud music, unruly kids. The dishwasher is uselss - I'd rather have extra cabinet space. No ice maker...
