Maintenance is a joke. Only 1 person in the office is worth dealing with. They never make tenants adher to rules. Garbage lines the halls. People Urinate in the mailroom. Packages are stolen. Everything is run down. It was the single worst experience in renting I have ever had. I moved there from Doral Cavalier Apartments and would rather have been flooded out than deal with this place. Avoid it at all cost.
