These places are old and decrepit. Numerous issues with the cave of an apartment and the trying to do your laundry at the on site facilities is futile. The property manager charged us for an extra pro-rated 10 days utilities after we moved out, which would be alright except I gave them a 90 day notice and turned in the keys early. I was also charged to replace the carpet in a place I lived in less than a year. I had indicated the condition of the carpets on the move in inspection, yet somehow in a place I would never invite someone over to, they apparently got 'additional wear and tear'. These people will get you for everything they can from a set of apartments that just needs to be bulldozed. The maintenance guys were very nice.
