Bad place to live! From: dreamscapes Date posted: 7/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   Have lived here 5 yrs. & previous mgmt. was very good - but current mgmt. is VERY bad. So keep in mind all these comments are concerning the present. I recently tranferred apts...move-in conditions were terrible. (i.e. had not been cleaned by housekeeping, major repairs needed!) Leaking/exposed plumbing, mold from prior water damage, unsafe electrical fixtures, improper door locks, bad paint job, carpet in very poor condition) Have been in new unit 1 week today - none of the above repaired yet! The only response from office staff is polite brushoff, & continued promises of repair. Office staff is very unhelpful in resolving tenant issues. Repairs take days & major hassles.
