(user photo) (user photo) thats black mold that i breathe in everyday (user photo) i put a work order on this Nov. 08, so i had to fix myself. at least cause im not maintaince (user photo) I`m consistently cleaning my tub, I`ve put work orders in, nothing done, this is the results. I don`t take baths anymore SAD

Bad place to live!

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
Have lived here 5 yrs. & previous
mgmt. was very good - but current
mgmt. is VERY bad. So keep in mind
all these comments are concerning
the present.
I recently tranferred apts...move-in
conditions were terrible.
(i.e. had not been cleaned by housekeeping,
major repairs needed!) Leaking/exposed plumbing, mold from prior water damage,
unsafe electrical fixtures, improper
door locks, bad paint job,
carpet in very poor condition)
Have been in new unit 1 week today -
none of the above repaired yet!
The only response from office staff
is polite brushoff, & continued promises
of repair. Office staff is very unhelpful
in resolving tenant issues.
Repairs take days & major hassles.
